Aden James Grindle, born on 10/13/2006 to Anthony and Gerri Grindle, passed away on 2/17/2025. His life cut too short, but never a doubt he lived life to the fullest while he was on this earth.
Aden was spunky, funny, sweet, and the best dad to the fur children, Buddy and Cora. He was a senior at Bartlesville High School, where he had plans already put into place for after graduation by recently becoming a volunteer firefighter for Osage Hills. Also, a second-year student at Tri County Technology Center where he learned auto body repair.
When it came to cars, Aden was the person to ask. He had always been mechanically inclined from a young age. His passion of cars and trucks grew with him; from playing with hot wheels as a toddler, growing up running around different dirt tracks in the area, to fixing his own trucks. He loved his trucks with the entirety of his soul and doing different things with them anywhere from lowering them with the goal of scraping the road on one, to a ten-inch muffler on the other and the darkest tint humanly possible. He did all this himself with minimal assistance because he was the hardest worker anyone had ever met.
The second he had the ability to begin making his own money he landed employment at a local restaurant, Painted Horse, where he had just received a promotion. If you called or texted, nine times out of ten he was working while simultaneously making his coworkers laugh. He had the best work ethic out of anyone in this entire world.
Outside of this busy work life, he loved nothing more than spending his time at the races with his dad, hanging out with his friends, riding his scooter (doing various tricks), visiting his mom in Broken Arrow, spending time with the rest of his family, going out to “the farm”, and helping anyone who asked for it. If you knew Aden, you knew the love he gave to people and you can count yourself lucky to have had him in your life.
While he is not physically present, he will forever be in our hearts and memories, our 90s country songs, lowered trucks, race tracks, big life events, and anything John Deere because if you knew Aden, you knew “Nothing runs like a Deere”. He is proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents Grandpa Kenneth and Grandma Jean, his maternal grandparents, grandma Becky, his grandfather Garry Perdue, and his fur baby Rascal.
He survived by his father: Tony Grindle of Bartlesville; his mother: Gerri Grindle of Broken Arrow; his sister: Adysen Grindle and her fiancee: Todd Flood both of Bartlesville; his brother: Logan Redington of Bartlesville; his sister: Lyndsey Goff and husband, James; his two nieces EllaJo and Rilynn of Dewey; his aunt: Pam and Uncle Rodney, both of Bartlesville, numerous cousins, and plentiful friends, Ashton, Keaton, Daly, Corban, and Kasen just to name a few.
Aden James, we will miss you forever.
