Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita. 918-256-5555 Andrea Olivia Allen, 19 year old former Vinita resident, passed away on Friday, August 11, 2017 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. She was born on February 17, 1998 in Tulsa. Andrea was a graduate of Vinita High School. She liked drawing and art, music and singing and playing with her little brother. The family includes; her mother, Lynette Allen of Vinita, siblings, Gabriel, Reese, Sabrina and Donisha Allen all of Vinita; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and her boyfriend, Jason Smith of Prairie Grove, Arkansas. The graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the Fairview Cemetery, with Pastor Tony Nash officiating. Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com.
