Anna Mary Binckley, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend passed away Sunday, October 7, 2012, in Placerville, California, with her family nearby. Anna Mary celebrated her 100th birthday June 25, 2012. She was born in Ohio and moved to Bartlesville, Oklahoma, at the age of three. She lived in Bartlesville until 2004 when she moved to California to live close to her daughter, Nancy. Anna Mary was active in the Bartlesville community all of her life. Among her many activities, she started an investment club; was the president of her ladies group at St. John Catholic Church; and she was a hospital volunteer for years. She was also president of the YWCA for a number of years. She ran the duplicate bridge program for some years at the YWCA and in 1985, she achieved the American Contract Bridge League Life Master Award. She did numerous acts of charity, and her cinnamon rolls were often eaten at funerals, homes of sick friends, and by many others. Anna Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, and her grandson, Charles Greene. Survivors are her son, John (Carmen) Binckley and grandson, Carlo; daughter, Nancy (Larry) Boals, and grandchildren, Dan Boals, Laura (Randy) Stickelman, and Ron Boals; and great-grandchildren, Amanda Stickelman, Spencer Boals, Taylor Stickelman, Jacquelyn Boals, Morgan Kennedy, Anna Boals, Marygrace Boals, and Isaac Boals; daughter, Katy (John) Matovich; and grandchildren, Becky Thompson, Beth Nelson, Jeanette Matovich, Jason Matovich, James Matovich; and great-granddaughter, Emma Flanigan.
