Anna Charlen Majors, 86 year old Grove, Oklahoma, resident passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013. Anna was born on January 30, 1927, in Enid, Oklahoma, to Charley and Ella Ethel (Baker) Birkes. She worked as a tax preparer. Anna was an avid computer user and loved playing games. In her younger years, she was active in the PTA and B&PW. Anna was preceded in death by her husband Alfred Herbert Majors in 1983 and a daughter Karen Lynn Nahid in 2007. Anna is survived by three sons, Gary Alan Majors and wife Colleen of Jenks, Oklahoma, Alfred Dewayne "Pete" Majors of Eufaula, Oklahoma, and Steven Charles Majors of Ecuador; two daughters, Jean Anita Clark and husband Keith of Livingston, Texas, and Stacy DeeAnn Turner and husband Ken of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; fourteen grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren and other family.
