Arthur "Bud" Leroy Seifert, 79, passed away on March 16, 2016 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, only 17 short days after his beloved wife passed. Bud was born on October 16, 1936 in Lawrenceville, Illinois. He was the son of Willis Elmer Seifert and Lucy (Byrle) Seifert Bud was a Railroad conductor working for the B&O Railways, one of the oldest railroads in the United States. Bud enjoyed being on the water, boating, and fishing. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Bud was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Joyce "Lee" Seifert. He is survived by his two daughters LaRonda Quinton and her husband Ed of Pawhuska, OK, and Angel Kellams and her husband Jerry of Afton, OK. Bud was blessed with four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5-7 PM, Friday, March 18, 2016 and services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, March 19, 2016 both at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, OK.
