Barbara Ann "Bobby" Hayes, 79 year old White Oak area resident, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at her home. She was born on September 14, 1933 in Tulsa, at the Morningside Hospital (Hillcrest) to Ray Albert and Lady Alleene (Stone) Oskison. Bobby was a graduate of Northeastern A & M College in Miami, where she earned her Associates Degree of Arts. On September 14, 1967 She married Frank Hayes at the First Christian Church in Vinita. Bobby was a member of the White Oak Home Demonstration Club and had received her 50 year pin in 2008. She was also a member of the VFW Lady's Auxiliary in Welch. Bobby worked for the Craig County Election Board at the White Oak Precinct. She was an active member of the First Church of God in Vinita. The family includes: her husband Frank of the home, daughter Teri McNabb and husband Mike Jacobsen of Catoosa, step-children, Johnny Hayes and wife Amie of Disney, Larry Hayes of White Oak, Terry Hayes of Vinita, Glen Hayes and wife Sharon of Bunch and Susan Bowie and husband Larry of Highland Villiage, Texas; sisters, Beverly Wofford and husband Don of Oologah, Janet Ray Weaver and friend David Money of Vinita, Janice Kay Livingston and husband Larry of Oologah; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita. The funeral service will be held, Friday, June 14, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at the First Church of God in Vinita, with Pastor Eddie Wrinkle officiating.
