Barry Allen Hoover Graveside funeral services for Barry Allen Hoover will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2010, at the Nowata Memorial Park cemetery with Allan Walker officiating. Barry Allen Hoover was born November 16, 1947, in New Castle, Indiana, to Harold J. and Donna (Dudley) Hoover. He died on December 25, 2010, in Nowata, after reaching 63 years 1 month and 9 days. Barry lived at the Hays House, in Nowata, where he had many friends. He was loved by all that cared for him as well as all who shared their home with Barry. He is survived by his mother, Donna Mastin, stepmother, Thelma Hoover, of Tulsa, and a brother, C.H. Hoover and his wife Teresa, of Coweta, Ok.
