Betty Kuder

Betty Louise Kuder, age 69, of Vinita, OK died Monday February 1, 2010 at OSU Medical Center in Tulsa. She was born July 16, 1940 in Chelsea, OK the daughter of Charles and Elaine (Stookey) McMullin. Betty was raised and educated in Chelsea where she graduated high school then attended Tulsa University. She and Joe Allen Kuder were united in marriage in Miami, OK on December 8, 1967 and they made their home in Vinita. Joe preceded Betty in death in June of 2001. Betty was an active member of the Kelso Baptist Church and enjoyed garage sales, working crossword puzzles, reading and taking care of her family. Betty leaves behind one daughter and son in law, Shelly and Solon Griffith of Vinita, one brother, Leon McMullin and wife Judy, three grandsons, Cody Turnbough and wife Jamie, Michael Griffith, Kyle Griffith, one great grandson Devin Turnbough, a sister in law, Charlene Smith and many nieces nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday February 4, 2010 at Luginbuel Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. William C. Busch officiating with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home. Family and friends may meet at Calvary Baptist Church in Vinita at 12:00 Thursday for fellowship and a meal prior to service time. Online condolences may be left at honoringmemories.com.
