Betty Kuschel

Betty Jo Kuschel, fifty-seven year old Grove resident passed away at a family members home in Colcord, Oklahoma. She was born on August 20, 1953 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Kenneth and Ruth (Dertick) Powers. She worked as a caregiver at different nursing homes through the years. Betty was an artist, she loved to draw and do Indian art, along with working with krafts. Mrs. Kuschel was preceded in death by her mother Ruth Powers. Survivors include her father Kenneth Powers, two daughters Heather Orman and Rachel Byfield, a brother Kenneth Powers, two sisters Vicki Deann Lowery and Patricia Sanford along with four granddaughters.
