Betty Lou Myles passed from this life May 25, 2007 at the age of 80 years old. She was born July 15, 1926 in Stanberry, Missouri to Amos E. and Laura Norma ‘Polly' (McCracken) Zook. She attended school at Moberly, Missouri. On September 1, 1945 Betty married William A. Myles. After several residences, they made their home in the little town of Owasso, OK- population 500. Betty worked as an independent beauty operator for a number of years, as a bank teller for First Bank of Owasso and Fidelity Federal Owasso Branch. Betty moved to Vinita, Oklahoma in 1998 where she worked at V & V Drug until February of 2007. She is survived by William (Bill) Myles, husband of 34 years, 2 daughters, Carolyn Christy and husband Gerald of Hominy, Oklahoma, Kathy Davis and husband Ron of Vinita, OK. Four grandchildren: Danny Cook and wife Michelle of Collinsville, OK, Carrie Holloway and husband Kojack of Fairfax, Ok, Kristina Forbes and husband Brett and Troy Davis and wife Mychi of Moore, OK. Also ten great grandchildren: Veronica, Lacie and Dylan Cook; Reilly, Austin and Fayth Holloway; Tanner and Kenzi Forbes; and Everett and Langli Davis. She is also survived by a sister, Lola Belle Phillips of Moberly, Missouri. She also leaves her precious pet and companion, Sampson. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Bernard and a sister Lois. Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 29, 2007 in the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Skip McClain officiating. Casket Bearers will be; Gerald Christy, Ronnie Davis, Troy Davis, Kojack Holloway, Tom Kemohah, Chad Morgan and Dr. Mickey Tyrrell. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. at Graceland Cemetery of Owasso, OK.
