Bill C. White 85 year old Vinita resident went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 29, 2011. He was born September 30, 1925 in Maysville, Arkansas to Edward and Myrtle (Wells) White. Bill married Frankie L. Wright on June 15, 1947, celebrating their 63rd anniversary this past year. From the time he was 8 years old, Bill had a paper route, later He worked for Economy Auto Parts, and then He and Frankie teamed as cross country truckers for over 33 years. Trucking companies they worked for included; C & H Trucking and Diesel Services Incorporated. Bill was a member of Cowboy Junction, a 63 year member of the American Legion Dale Peace Post #40, and the Hash & Break Square Dance Club. He served his country during World War II in the United States Navy. The family includes: His wife Frankie of the home, three cousins, special friends, Dwight and Lisa Helm of Big Cabin, and numerous friends. The funeral will be held Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Luginbuel Chapel, with Pastor Wade Markham officiating. Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com.
