Billie Hillburn

Mrs. Hillburn was born on June 17, 1921, in Duncan, Oklahoma, to John L. Davis, Sr. and Pearl Thurlo Davis. She graduated from Duncan High School then attended the University of Oklahoma. She married Howard H. Gardner in 1941 and he preceded her in death in 1970. Mrs. Hillburn worked as Safe Deposit Clerk at First National Bank of Bartlesville from 1971 until 1977, where she met and later married T. Lee Hillburn in 1976. They resided in Bartlesville until he preceded her in death in 2008. Mrs. Hillburn was a charter member of the Disciples Christian Church and a member of the YMCA since 1981. She loved to travel, and took countless trips around the world with her late husband. Mrs. Hillburn is survived by five children; Gregg Gardner and his wife, Fran, of Zena, Oklahoma, Kelly Hillburn of Ferndale, Washington, Richard Hillburn and his wife, Tammie, of Elgin, Kansas, Myrna Clifford of Knobnoster, Missouri, Vicky Elias and her husband, Mike, of San Antonio, Texas; by 10 grandchildren; Stacy Buschlack, Barbara Nordhausen, Amy McCarty, Amber Clifford-Napoleone, Michael Elias Jr., Dustin Elias, Arthur Elias, Cameron Elias, Lindsey Singleton, and Tristan Linehan; by 13 great-grandchildren; by three great-great-grandchildren; and by family friend, Irene Chew. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Pearl; by her first husband, Howard; by her second husband, Lee; by her brother, John L. Davis, Jr.; and by her grandson, Austin Clifford.
