Grove, OK - Bobby "Joe" Tillery, 78, died Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Integris Grove General Hospital. He was born on April 29, 1932 in Gum Springs, Arkansas to Carl J. and Daisy Marie (Fisher) Tillery. He graduated from Tulsa Central High School. Joe was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He married Dana Jackson on September 14, 1984. Joe worked as a welder in truck manufacturing. He enjoyed crappie fishing, playing find a word puzzles and solitaire on the computer. He loved to keep his yard up. Survivors include his wife, Dana of Grove; his children Lonnie Tillery and Jasper Tillery both of Tulsa, Theda Tillery of Tennessee, Kim Brockhaus and husband Nathan of Beggs, OK and Heather Magana and husband Ruben of Grove, OK; seven and a half grandchildren; two and a half great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Eva Jo Tillery and brother Donald Tillery. Graveside services will be held at 11AM, Monday, October 4, 2010 at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Grove with Rev. Gary Bishop officiating. Visitation will be 2PM-4PM on Sunday at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home. Casket bearers will be Daniel Jackson, Andrew Welch, TK Hembree, Daniel Welch, Shawn Johnson and Phillip Jackson.
