Bonnie Salley

Bonnie Marie Salley, a 79 year old Vinita resident died Saturday April 16 2011 at Craig General Hospital in Vinita. She was born March 22, 1932 in Marlin, OK the daughter of Walter and Ruby Johnson Lewis. She was raised and educated in Vinita and moved to back in 2004 from Aurora, Colorado . She was a production worker and Tyson Foods and she enjoyed fishing, reading but mostly spending time and taking care of her family. She leaves behind one daughter Judy Salensky of Vinita, two nephews Lynn Dixon of Vinita, Dewayne Dixon of Coffeyville, KS and one niece Diane Boyle of Coffeyville. Grand children include Michelle Ramirez of Vinita, Stephanie Beardin of Pine, CO, Michael Salensky of Aurora, CO, two Great grand daughters and three great grandsons. She was preceded in death by her husband Jess Salley Sr. in 1992 and a sister Betty Strickland. Private family services will be held at a later date.
