Brannon Johnson

Brannon Lee Johnson, 42 year old Nowata resident, died Saturday December 4, 2010 at his home. He was born August 3, 1968 in Tulsa to Jerry Lee and Shirley (Ragsdale) Johnson. Brannon was married to Mechelle Baker on August 15, 1987 in Nowata. He had worked in the oil fields and trained dogs to pull weights. The family includes; his wife Mechelle of the home, his children, Brandon Lee Johnson and Brittany Nicole Johnson of Nowata; his parents, Jerry and Shirley Johnson of Dewey; and a brother, Jeremiah Johnson of Ochelata, Oklahoma. Casket bearers will be Brandon Johnson, Jason Malone, Daniel Shoemaker, Joseph Shoemaker, Levi Gutensohn, and Randall Smith. The funeral service will be held Thursday, December 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Benjamin Chapel in Nowata. Interment will follow at the Nowata Memorial Park Cemetery.
