Brenda L. Easter passed away at her home in Zena, OK, on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the age of 46. Brenda was born on April 20, 1965 to Fred Graham and Shirley (Nottingham) Graham in Arkansas City, KS. She attended school in Grove, OK. Brenda married Norman Easter on August 8, 1992 in Afton, OK. She enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls, making jewelry for her friends and family, boating on the lake with friends and family. She was an animal lover; she had many dogs and cats over the years. She also loved her geese, ducks, and prized turkey. She was very proud of the land she lived on and will forever rest there with her husband. She was a lover of games, especially cards. Brenda enjoyed working her firework stand every year so she could go on her annual canoe trip with friends and family. She was a motorcycle fanatic; even if she never drove you could always find her holding her husband while riding on the back of their motorcycle. The biggest love in Brenda's life was spending time with her many grandbabies. They were her pride and joy. She lived for her family and would do anything for them. Brenda's door was always open whether it was to get advice, shoot the breeze, or get a bite to eat. Brenda was a devoted wife and mother. She loved spending time with her husband weather it was watching movies or fishing on the lake. She will be greatly missed, a very special lady was lost when Brenda passed away. She was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Bates. She leaves many loving memories with her family, her husband Norman Easter of Jay, OK; daughter Tiffine Johnson of Jay, OK; son Butch Graham of Topeka, KS; three brothers: Mike Nottingham and his wife Nancy of Oregon, Alvin Graham and his wife Mary of Minnesota, and Dennis Graham of Arizona; one sisters: Tammy Taylor and her husband Rob of Arkansas, and sister-in-law, Jenny Smith of Arizona; two brother-in-laws: Mike Easter and his wife Marbie of Oklahoma, Jimmy Easter and his wife Jessica of Oklahoma; one sister-in-law Ollie Easter and her husband Harvey of Oklahoma; grandmother Granny Nottingham of Kansas; father-in-law, Jim Easter and his wife Liz of Oklahoma; and many grandchildren, Nieces, and Nephews. There will be a visitation from 6PM to 8PM on Friday evening where the public is welcome to pay their respects to Mrs. Easter and visit with the family.
