Caleb Michael Lynn Polk Obituary Chetopa, KS - Caleb Michael Lynn Polk, infant son of Victor Lynn Polk and Beth Ann Moss, died Friday, July 13, 2007 at his home. Caleb was born March 7, 2007 at Miami, Oklahoma. His is survived by his mother and father; by his maternal grandfather, Timothy Moss of Bluejacket, Okalahoma; maternal grandmother, Christi Moss of Chetopa, Kansas; maternal great-grandparents, Floyd Moss, Sr. and his wife, Birdie of Welch, Oklahoma and Joe Mayfield of Chetopa; two half-sisters, Olivia and Tatum Polk; three half-brothers, Tyler, Tristan and Trenton Polk, all of Kansas; a special aunt, Teresa Moss of Welch; a special great-aunt, Teresa Tipton of Vinita, Oklahoma and a special cousin, Brittnie Tipton of Vinita and other aunts, uncles and cousins. Caleb was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents. Funeral service is 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita with Rev. Dale Stephens officiating. Interment will be in Walker Cemetery, Welch, Oklahoma, under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita. A visitation will be held Monday, 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
