Las Vegas, NV -- Carol Ann Brown, 51, of Las Vegas, Nevada and formerly of Vinita, Oklahoma, died Friday, May 4, 2007 in Las Vegas as the result of a motorcycle accident. Carol was born December 5, 1955 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma to John J. Fry and Brenda (Cracknell) Fry. She was a construction worker and a member of SLOBS, an all women's motorcycle club of which she was the Vice-President and participated in various fund-raisers. Survivors are her mother, Brenda Fry of Vinita, Oklahoma; two children, Christie Anne Dixon of Aurora, Missouri and Brian Chapman of Humble, Texas; two brothers, John William Fry and his wife, Teresa of Vinita and Michael Wayne Fry and his wife, Rhonda of Vinita; three sisters, Carla Williams and her husband, Kelly of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Virginia Faith Swaim and her husband, Olen of Aurora, Missouri, and Rebecca Dixon and her husband, Greg of Vinita and three grandchildren, Alexander Hawkins and Kaden Clark of Aurora, Missouri and Kendra Chapman of Vinita. She was preceded in death by her father, John J. Fry in December, 1996 and by a sister, Brenda Kay Fry. Funeral services will be held Tuesday in Las Vegas, afterwards, Carol will be returned to Vinita for funeral services at 2:00 p.m., Friday at Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Vinita. Her children request that friends and family attending bring a note, or something that reminds them of Carol to be put in a memory box before/during the ceremony.
