Carol Stephenson

Carol Stephenson, 75 year old Grove resident, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 at Grove Nursing Center in Grove, OK. Carol as born on December 1, 1937 in Denver, CO, to Edward Everett Dietrich and Catherine Ann Rahner. Carol moved to Grove from Colorado in 1984. She was a housekeeper for Shangri La. Carol enjoyed gardening, ceramics and painting figurines. She was an animal lover, especially dogs. Carol loved spending time with family. Carol was preceded in death by her parents. Carol is survived by three sons, Randy Spencer and wife Christy of Denver, CO, Darryl Spencer, and Michael Stephenson and wife Sherrie; two daughters, Robyn McCullah and husband David Sharp and Sandra Chase; one brother, Harold Dietrich and wife Paula; five grandchildren Candice, Tera, Kenny, Natasha, and Jason and five great grandchildren. Family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
