Benjamin Funeral Service ~~~ Nowata, Oklahoma ~~~~~ 918-273-2700 Funeral services for Susie Carolyn Clark will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, August 1, 2016 at the Lockstone Funeral Home Chapel in Thomas, OK with interment following at Mound Valley Cemetery in Thomas, OK. There will be visitation Saturday, July 30 and Sunday, July 31 at Benjamin Funeral Service from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. Carolyn Sue Clark, 73, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2016 at the Highlands of Owasso. She was born July 7, 1943 in Watonga, Oklahoma to Ralph J. and Marion J. (Long) Kidd. Susie was educated in Oakwood, and Thomas, Oklahoma School Systems. In December of 1969 she married Wayne Clark in Shamrock, Texas. She and Wayne moved to Nowata in 1971. They owned and operated City Drug where she ran the front of the store while Wayne ran the Pharmacy. Susie liked crocheting, sewing, and cooking. She enjoyed spending time at Grand Lake. She was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Susie held a special place in her heart for all her family. She will be missed by all who knew her. Susie is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Marion. She is survived by her husband Wayne Clark of the home; two children, Ralph Edward Kaiser and Jequetta Marie Kaiser; two siblings, Jequetta Jackson and husband Bill of Henrietta, OK., Samuel Kidd of Moore, OK; two grandchildren, Brad Kaiser of Nowata, Crystal Kaiser of Foyil; four great-grandchildren, Jake England, Addison England, Payton England, and Kaylee Kaiser.
