Celsita Harrison

March 9, 1947 — February 17, 2013

Celsita "Celeste" Elsa Harrison, age 65, died on Sunday February 17, 2013 at her residence in Wyandotte, Oklahoma. Celeste was born on March 9, 1947 in Belen, New Mexico. She was the daughter of Pilar and Eva (Chavez) Sais. She worked for AT&T, ALCO, Pacific Telephone, Rockwell International and owned and operated a Popcorn Store. Celeste volunteered for the Ottawa County OHCE, Christian Mission Thrift Store in Grove, was a member of the DAV auxiliary, and was the past president of the American Legion Auxiliary in Grove. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and was a member of the Cornerstone Church in Grove. Celeste was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband George Harrison of the home, her five children: Bryon Sanchez of Palmdale, California, Dino Racicot and his wife Kristen of Phoenix, Arizonia, Denise Boyd and her husband David of Monett, Missouri, Keith Harrison and wife Amie of Miami, Oklahoma, and Kevin Harrison of Fayetteville, North Carolina who is currently in Afghanistan. Celeste was blessed with nine grandchildren; Kirstin, Joshua, Jamie, David, Kaley, Brandon, Brayden, Hallie and Devon. She also leaves behind seven siblings; Barney Sais, Tivo Sais, Valentine Sais, Bengie Sais, Virginia Chavez, Mabel Miranda and Margie Garcia. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 21, 2013 at the Cornerstone Church in Grove, Oklahoma with Reverend Mark Gamber officiating. Celeste will be laid to rest at the Olympus North Cemetery in Grove, Oklahoma. Casket bearers will be David Boyd, Bryan Sanchez, Joshua Sanchez, Richard Sais, Keith Harrison, and Joe Hunter. Memorial donations can be made in Celeste name to the American Cancer society. Friends and family may leave online condolences by viewing Celeste's obituary at www.honoringmemories.com. Services are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma.
