Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, Oklahoma, 918-253-3222.Mr. Chandler Wolfe, age 61, of Jay, Oklahoma was called to heaven with his wife and daughters by his side on January 10, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma after a long illness. Chandler was born on September 6, 1956 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to William and Ollie Wolfe. He was united in marriage to Pamela On-the-Hill on July 12, 1978 in Miami, Oklahoma. Chandler was a born again Christian that wore many hats; husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, brother-in-law, and friend. Another hat he wore was that of a gifted mechanic. He enjoyed music, getting together with family and friends, fishing, reading historical books and teasing. Chandler was preceded in death by his father William Wolfe, his mother Ollie Wolfe, and his brother Randall Wolfe. Chandler is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Pamela Wolfe of the home; two daughters; Lashauna Hernandez of Jay, Oklahoma and Natasha Backward of Jay, Oklahoma, four grandsons; Izaiah Wolfe, Ethan Sanchez, Ahran Wolfe and Malichi Wolfe, one granddaughter; Shay Wolfe, one brother Frank Wolfe of Chouteau, Oklahoma and numerous nieces and nephews; along with many other family friends and neighbors that will dearly miss him. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, January, 15, 2018 at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel. Services are scheduled for 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Piney Baptist Church with Pastor Jess Jones officiating. Chandler will be laid to rest in the Sycamore Springs Cemetery.
