Charles Gammell

Charles Elbert "Bud" Gammell, 67 year old Eucha resident, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Charles was born in California on October 29, 1946 to Fred and Wanda (Costner) Gammell. On March 21, 1992 he was united in marriage to Billie Goodman. Charles served in the United States Army serving two tours in Vietnam. He worked and retired from AT&T as a marketing account executive. He was a computer guru and enjoyed doing website design. He was a member of the Grand Lake Chamber of Commerce. Survivors include his loving wife Billie Gammell of the home, daughter April Clark of Dahlonega, GA, step children: Stephen Moreau of Gonzalez, LA and Wendy Ovella of Meterie, LA, grandhcildren: Amber Hicks, Bradley Clark, Blake Clark, Maggie Clark, Ashley Nickell, Josh McDaniel, Kate Ovella, Lucas Ovella, and Xavier Moreau, and 3 great grandchildren: Reed and Emma Hicks and Zoey Nickell. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Sharon McMurray. Memorial services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Chapel.
