Chester Faulconer

Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita - 918-256-5555...... Chester Warren "Dutch" Faulconer, 89 year old Vinita resident, passed away March 17, 2017. Dutch was born in Afton on August 25, 1927 to Rueben and Margaret (Evans) Faulconer. On January 26, 1951 he was united in marriage to Mary Hugley. Dutch worked as a car salesman but primarily was a professional fishing guide. He was a guide on Grand Lake for 20 years and was chosen to be a resident pro for Bass Anglers, which took him fishing all over the world. He even enjoyed noodling. Dutch was a kind hearted man who loved helping and feeding others. Above all he loved his family and was an excellent husband and father. Survivors include his wife Mary of the home, son Chet Faulconer and wife Jeannie of Vinita, and daughter Diana Giles and husband John also of Vinita, 8 granchildren: Jeff Faulconer and wife Sommer, Jenny Benedict and husband Luke, Mary Anne Boyd and husband Brian, John Wayne Giles, Cole Kilburn and fiancé Jessica, Gage Kilburn, Mike Rame, and Benny Jo Rame, great grandchildren: Cash, Connor, Kennedy, Peyton, Finley, Addison, Ben, Corbin, Chance, Kyle, Katy Anne, Ally, and Cooper, sister-in-law Patsy Faulconer of Vinita, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter Stephanie Johnson, grandson Davie Woodruff, and siblings: Willard Faulconer and wife Opal, Judy Bennett and husband Bill, Jack Faulconer and wife Mary, and Rueben Faulconer, Jr. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Luginbuel Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, March 23, 2017 at the Luginbuel Funeral Chapel with Tommy and Mary McGlasson officiating. Interment will follow at Carselowey Cemetery.
