Benjamin Funeral Service - Nowata, Oklahoma............................... Christine Melissa Barbee passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa after battling a long illness. She was born July 31, 1965 in Lowell, Massachusetts to Jo Chris and Jeanne Barbee. She was raised in Chelsea, OK where she received her education and graduated in 1983. She worked 19 years at Nowata Printing. Christine is preceded in death by her mother and both sets of grandparents. She is survived by two daughters, Jessica Scott of Chelsea, Angela Johnston of Tulsa; a son, Sean Johnston of the home; one granddaughter, Paisley Scott of Chelsea; three sisters, Darlene Villabos of Skiatook, Elaine Fogarty of Arlington, TX., Karen Brady of New York; one brother, Jim Barbee of Paris, France; her father, Chris Barbee of Nowata. Christina will be forever loved as a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt. Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 20, 2015 at Nowata Relocated Cemetery with Rev.
