Clarence Six left his hospital bed on September 11, 2010 to walk the streets of gold with his Lord and Savior ~ Jesus Christ. Clarence was born on August 19, 1927 to Tincup and Peggy (Creekkiller) Six. He is survived by one brother Albert Six of Disney and one sister Jenana Six of Eucha and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends. Clarence was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Chandler Six. He lived all of his life in the Topsy community. Many people will remember Clarence as "Fat Six", but to his nieces and nephews he was known as "Cowboy". In his younger years he enjoyed doing hog fry's for area churches and with the Shotpouch brothers. Clarence enjoyed reading the Cherokee Testament. His favorite verse was Psalm 23 "I shall not want." He also enjoyed watching wrestling. He retired from Bens Tree Service. Visitation for Clarence will be Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Services will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at the Sycamore Springs Church in Jay with Reverend Richard Pickup officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery under the direction of the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay. Friends and family may send online condolences at www.honoringmemories.com.
