Clint Allen Jr.

Clint Raymond Allen, Jr. 91 year old Vinita resident, died Sunday April 24, 2011 at the Craig General Hospital in Vinita. He was born April 19, 1920 in Vinita to Clint Raymond Allen, Sr. and Julia Hardrick Allen. Clint had lived in Kansas City, Missouri and moved back to Vinita in 2008. He had a lawn service and was a member of the United Missionary Baptist Church. Clint enjoyed his family, fishing, hunting, talking with his friends. The family includes: his children, Dewayne Allen and wife Antoinette of Vinita, Rosemary Allen, Carolyn Sue Allen, J. D. Allen and wife Arlene, Kenneth Allen, all of California; sister Wanda Martin of Kansas City, Missouri; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sisters in-laws, Opal Allen, Lucy Allen and Mae Allen. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandchild, and eight siblings. The funeral will be Saturday, April30, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the United Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Farris Downing officiating. Interment and military rites will follow at the Fairview Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com.
