Dale Sandsness

Dale Henry Sandsness, resident of Jay, OK, passed away at his home, Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at the age of 68. Dale was born on May 12, 1943 in Helena, Montana. Mr. Sandsness worked in maintenance in various places throughout his life. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Dale loved to tinker around with his hands weather it be with wood, metal or cars. He had a giving heart and was often found buying something at the store to give to someone in need. One fond memory of Dale, no matter where he needed to go, he usually was found taking his golf cart. His family loved him very much and he will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary L. Sandsness. Survivors include his son Jimmy Sandsness and his wife Monique of Mounds, OK; three grandchildren: Destanee Sandsness, Ayla Bonvillian, and Jaynie Bonvillian; and one great grandson Marshell Bonvillian. A Graveside Memorial Service for Dale will be 1:00 PM, Monday, February 6, 2012 at the Duffield Cemetery with Mayor Mark Wall, officiating.
