Dale Wagner

Dale F. Wagner, Afton area resident, died early Wednesday morning September 15, 2010 in Grove at the age of 68 years. Dale was born in North Platte, Nebraska on May 13, 1942 to his parents Herman and Mary (Sadle) Wagner. Dale married the love of his life, Wanda Clark on October 13, 1962 in North Platte, Nebraska and they celebrated 47 years of marriage. Dale served his country in the US Navy. Dale worked as an Electrician and an Electrical Supervisor at a paper mill. Dale loved to hunt and fish. He is preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Jordon Flynn. Dale leaves many loving memories with his family, wife, Wanda, of the home; two sons, Michael Wagner and wife Alma, and Mitchell Wagner and wife Kathryn, all of California; daughter, Michelle Wagner, of Oklahoma; three brothers, Delbert, of Oregon, Robert of Louisiana, and James of Grove; one sister, Jean Arnesdorf of Nebraska; grandchildren, Bryana Wagner, Jazmine Flynn, Colby Wagner, and Miko Wagner, Tad Wagner, Camilla Wagner, and Ariel Wagner. A memorial service celebrating Dale's life will be held 10:00 AM Saturday September 18, 2010 at the First Christian Church in Fairland.
