Danny Hardy

Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home - Langley - 918-256-5555 Danny Leroy Hardy, 47 year old Ketchum resident, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2014. Danny was born to John and Pearl Hardy in Rogers, AR on March 4, 1967. Danny graduated from Ketchum High School and worked at Johnson Sawmill until he became disabled. Hunting and fishing were his greatest passions. He was an avid bass tournament fisherman and exceptional deer hunter and he loved sharing these talents with his 14 nieces and nephews and twenty great nieces and nephews. Danny loved nature no matter the weather or if the trip was a success and he loved teaching others to enjoy the great outdoors. He will be truly missed. Survivors include his father John Hardy, siblings Judy Powell, Mike Hardy, Vicky Chessmore, twin sister Diana Colvin, and Redonna Thomas. He is preceded in death by his mother, brother Jason Eugene Hardy, and his grandparents. Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Monday, June 16, 2014 at the Ketchum Cemetery with a fellowship luncheon at Ketchum City Hall. Services are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
