Dollie Howard

Dollie M. Howard, 74 year old Ketchum resident died early Tuesday Morning at Craig General Hospital in Vinita. She was born June 27, 1936 in Vinita the daughter of John and Estella (Cochran) O'Neill. She attended school at Kelso, and Ironside school's then graduated from Vinita High School. She had worked Autumn Home and Nowata Nursing Center and retired from Vinita Flag and Apron Co. She and Gerald Howard were married August 8, 1959 and had lived in the Chelsea area. She attended the Methodist Church and enjoyed fishing; reading, working puzzles, sewing and quilting but mostly she enjoyed her family, children and grandchildren. Dollie leaves behind her children, Treva Kennedy of Neosho, MO, Buddy Howard of Ketchum, Barney Howard of Chelsea, Tami Yirsa of Union, MO, Jarry Howard of Vinita, Dwain Howard of Spring, TX and Tonya Sisler of Houston, TX, one brother, Ollie O'Neill of Roseburg, Oregon, 16 grand children, 14 great grand children and two great - great grandchildren, as well as one sister Dorothy Balthis of Vinita. She was preceded in death by her Husband Gerald in 1986, also her parents and four brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be Friday December 10, 2010 at Luginbuel Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m, with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Vinita.
