Dorothy Nell Beisley 69, year-old Ketchum resident, died Thursday, January 24, 2008 at her home after an extended illness. She was born May 4, 1938 in Durant, Oklahoma to Richard and Margaret (Herr) Hennigan. Dorothy married Marvin Beisley on November 20, 1954 in White Oak. They had lived in the Ketchum area for many years. Dorothy was a member of the Catholic faith and was attending the Otterbein Methodist Church west of Ketchum. Dorothy loved to fish, travel, go to family reunions, and being a grandmother. The family includes: Her husband Marvin of the home, five children, Patricia Lynn Hill and friend Dennis Detherow of Coffeyville, Kansas, Michael Dale Beisley, Richard Brian Beisley, Willard Ray Beisley and wife Brenda, Brenda Denise Fink and husband Phil all of Ketchum; brothers and sisters, Margie Miller of Durant, Paul Hennigan and wife Aldine of California, Kenneth Hennigan and wife Charlotte of Maryland, Mary Yenney of California, Aurelia Robinson and husband George of Texas, Evelyn Tolley and husband Bob of Tennessee, Johnny Bob Hennigan and wife Cheri of California, a sister in-law Bonnie Hennigan of Las Vegas, Nevada; twelve grandchildren, Jerry Hill and wife Shara, Daniel Hill and fiancé` Tanya, Kendal Wigelsworth and husband Chad, Kelly Beisley, Whitney Beisley, Brooke Smith and husband Chance, Billy Beisley and wife Ashley, Brian Beisley, Jr., Brandon Beisley, Amber Banker and husband Sam, Brandi Fink and Sydney Fink; great-grandchildren, Jack and Kaide Hill, McKenzie Hill, Kierra and Kamryn Bailey and Eli Wigelsworth, Madison Beisley-Barnes, Brendan Smith, Landon Beisley and one on the way. Preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers, David Hennigan and Clifford Hennigan. The family will receive friends at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home in Langley from 6-7 p.m. Monday, January 28, 2008. The memorial service will be held Tuesday January 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ketchum United Methodist Church, with Pastor Jim Bradford and Father Celestine Obidiegwu officiating. Arrangements are by the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home of Langley.
