Dorothy F. Frasier, 77, of Grove, Oklahoma died at 2:00 a.m., Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Grand Lake Villa in Grove after a short illness. Dorothy was born December 18, 1931 in Greeley, Colorado to Henry and Mabel Fendel. She had worked in the retail business as a sales clerk and retired in 1995 at which time she moved to the Grove area. Dorothy was a very active person. She loved to walk and was loved by all at Garden Walk where she was known as the "Lady of Garden Walk". She also enjoyed crocheting, needlework, word searches, and Elvis music. She was a great Polka and Dutch Hop Dancer that she shared with others at German events. She had many names and was known widely as Grandma, Great-Grandma, Grams, Mom and G.G. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Helen Hoff, Margaret Keil, and Evelyn Steinbrecher; one brother, Richard Fendel; and son-in-law, Michael Jones. Survivors include two daughters, Judy and Bob Frey, of Lindale, TX and Janet Jones of Grove, OK; two sisters, Kathy Fendel, and Barbara Baumgartner and her husband Leroy of Colorado; seven grandchildren and their spouses, Charity and Jason Harmon of Lindale, TX, Jennifer and David Duncan of Grove, OK, Jeffery and Brenda Jones of Jay, OK, Danielle and Doug Davis of Lindale, TX, Brian McCord of Grove, OK, Brent and Jenni Frey of Nebraska, and Angi and Jim Kruze of Nebraska; and thirteen great-grandchildren, Kiersi, Kadin, Kolton, Kaitlyn, Triston, Bud, Jessica, Lacey, Rylan, Skyler, Jagur, Braydi, and Helena.
