Dorothy Reed

Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita - 918-256-5555 Dorothy Mae (Hardrick) Reed, 84 year old Vinita resident, went to be with the Lord Monday, August 8, 2016. Dorothy was born in Vinita on March 7, 1932 to Samuel and Rachel (Lane) Hardrick. She worked as a teacher in Vinita for several years before moving to Tulsa where she worked as the community coordinator for senior citizens at the YMCA. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a member of the United Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her children: Bill Landrum of Wichita, KS, Christopher Landrum of Atlanta, GA, and Vanessa Arrington of Orlando, FL, and husband Spencer Jones, siblings: Patsy Ryder, Betty Garee, and Leonard Hardrick, and grandchildren: Brittney, Bryton, and Caley Landrum, and Derek Arrington and one great grandchild Skyler Arrington. Visitation will be from 8 - 10 a.m. Thursday morning at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Ketchum Cemetery with Rev.
