Dorothy Watford

Dorothy Lou Watford, age 71 of Vinita, OK died Sunday February 21, 2010 at her home. She was born January 26,1939 in Shawnee Oklahoma the daughter of Willie Byron Neighbors and Evelyn Marie Rozell . Dorothy and Eugene Taylor were married Oct 12, 1954 at Miami, Oklahoma. She married John Watford August 21, 1987 in Muleshoe Texas, He preceded her in death. Dorothy was a retired restaurant cook where she worked at the Golden Spike and Grapevine Restaurants in Vinita. She is survived by 3 sons Robert, Marvin, and Randy Taylor 3 daughters Joy Wilson, Djuana Hayes and Fonda Docherty, 12 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren, 3 brothers, Chalmers & Talmadge Neighbors and Terry Meador, 2 sisters, Carol Phillips and Glenda Willis. She was preceded in death by a daughter Sharon Dixon, one son, Dee Taylor, 2 grandchildren Shane Taylor and Jason Turnbough and her step Father Marvin Meador. Memorial services will be Thursday February 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Family Praise Center with Rev. Jerry Ogdon officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday February 23, 2010 from 11:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
