Online condolences may be left at www.honoringmemories.com. Easter Mae Billups passed away at her home in Hulbert, Oklahoma on Saturday, August 18, 2012. She was born on April 20, 1924 in Nowata County to Luther Henry and Rosa Belle (Allen) Murphy. Easter lived most of her life in Nowata and retired as a cook from the Ideal Restaurant. Easter is survived by a son, Bobby Joe Billups of Hulbert, Oklahoma, six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Rosa Murphy; a son, Eddie E. Billups; four brothers, Charley Murphy, Riley Murphy, Clifford Murphy, and Leroy Murphy; two sisters, Anna Bullock and Minnie Hewitt.
