Edna Doris Campbell, 81, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at the Nowata Nursing Home. She was born November 13, 1934 in Tulsa to Clarence and Delores Violet "Vi" (Burdick) Stanfield. Edna grew up in Owasso and was a graduate of Owasso High School and later attended business college. She married John Campbell on July 20, 1953 at Owasso. The Campbells moved to the Nowata area, 48 years ago and for 20 years owned and operated Campbell's Upholstery. Edna was a homemaker, 4-H leader and an active member of Home Extension Club and the Hillside Christian Church. She loved to paint and travel with her late husband, John. Edna is survived by three children, Kathy and her husband Bob Carroll of Rush Springs, OK., Della and her husband Tom Parrish of Catoosa, OK., Lester Campbell of Chelsea, OK., four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Vi Stanfield; her husband John Campbell, and a granddaughter, Courtney Parrish.
