Edward Norton Foreman of Colcord, Oklahoma went home to be with his Lord at 9:20 p.m., Saturday, March 29, 2008 at his home. He was 74. Mr. Foreman was born April 13, 1933 in Delaware County, Oklahoma to Richard and Sallie (Birdchopper) Foreman. He retired from Brady Hauft Trucking Company as a truck driver. He was a member of Old Clouds Creek Baptist Church in Colcord. On April 29, 1953, he married Lydia Sunday in Miami, Oklahoma. They had been married 54 years. She survives of the home. Other survivors include two daughters, Lorene Foreman and Christine Moncooyea both of Colcord; two sons, Larry Foreman and Melvin Foreman both of Colcord; two sisters, four brothers; one uncle; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Edward was preceded in death by three brothers. The family will receive friends at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Monday, March 31, 2008. The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at Old Clouds Creek Baptist Church at Colcord with Rev. Jesse Williams and Edward W. Foreman officiating. Burial will follow in Clouds Creek Cemetery at Colcord. Pallbearers will be Rowdy Foreman, Richmond Foreman, Bobby John Foreman, C. J. Foreman, C. J. Moncooyea, Allen Foreman, and Calvin Foreman.
