ARNOLD MOORE & NEEKAMP FUNERAL HOME, BARTLESVILLE, OK - Edward "Ed" H. Trammel, Sr., age 75 and resident of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2016. Ed was born on April 24, 1940 in Ramona, Oklahoma. He was the son of James L. Trammel and Louise Christine (Warmer) Trammel. He grew up in the Bartlesville area, attending Nelagoney High School graduating with his Sr. class. He became a member of the U.S. Navy, serving his Country proudly. Upon receipt of his Honorable Discharge, Ed returned to Oklahoma. He has resided in the community of Okesa since the mid-1970s. On November 18, 1958, Ed and the former Mary Hazlett were united in marriage in Okesa. Ed was a truck driver, working for various companies, Hugh Breeding of Tulsa, Bellco, Mike Smith Trucking and he retired as a truck driver for Osage County. He is survived by his wife, Mary, of the family home; children, Linda Goad of Pawhuska, Beverly Stone and her husband, David, of Nelagoney, Lisa Sue Fiveash and her husband, Bobby, of Berryville, Arkansas; brothers, James Trammel and Gary Trammel; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Edward H. Trammel, Jr.; great-grandson, Austin Trammel; son-in-law, Lloyd Goad; and brother, Charles Trammel. Visitation will be held on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00-8:00 PM in the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home, 710 S. Dewey Ave. Family will be present to greet friends on Sunday from 6-8:00 PM. Services will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM, also in the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home chapel. Chaplain Mark Bright will officiate. Interment will follow in the Ethel Reece Cemetery, Barnsdall, Oklahoma.
