Edwin Leak

Edwin Ralph Leak was born February 23, 2012 in Upland, California to Ralph and Geneva (Stonecipher) Leak. He passed from this life Saturday, April 28, 2012, at his home in Bartlesville. He was 64 years old. Ed attended and graduated High School in Oakdale, California. He was drafted into the United States Army during the Viet Nam War. On May 30, 1970 he married Patricia Brown in Bartlesville. Ed was a heavy equipment operator. His life passion was building and flying model airplanes. He was a 30 year member of the American Model Association and was also a member of the Falcons Club in Bartlesville. Ed also enjoyed playing a guitar, fishing, talking on the CB radio, and reading about cars and airplanes. He will be missed by all who knew him. Preceding Mr. Leak in death are his parents Ralph and Geneva Leak. Survivors include his wife Patricia, of the home in Bartlesville, a son, Shannon and his wife Toye, of Bartlesville, a daughter, Dawna M. Leak, and her fiancé Paul Howle, of Camby, Indiana, eight grandchildren, siblings, Rocky Leak and wife Melody, of Sagina, Texas, Sally Conley and husband Milton, of Hydesville, California, Joyce Schimpf and husband Tom, of Amarillo, Texas, John Calcote and his wife Karin, of LaMision, Mexico, mother-in-law, Dorothy M. Brown, of Bartlesville, a very close friend Kelly Williams and his wife Sue, of Bartlesville, many other relatives and a host of friends.
