Elizabeth Bell Carr, 97, passed away Friday, May 24, 2013 at the Osage Nursing Center in Nowata. She was born May 28, 1915 in Iowa to Mary Ellen (Boozell) and Charles Merritt Sprague. She married Earl B. Carr in Nowata in 1958. Elizabeth is survived by a daughter, Mary Ellen Munson of Tulsa and a grandson, Christopher Munson and wife Carol Ann of Orlando, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
