Elizabeth Nelson

Elizabeth Betty "Granny" Nelson 64 year-old Sportsman Shores (Langley) resident died at her daughter's home, Wednesday, December 13, 2006. She was born August 16, 1942 in Dallas, Texas. She married James O. Nelson in Ardmore, Oklahoma in 1958; he preceded her in death on August 12, 2003. She had worked as a cook and dishwasher at Frosty and Edna's Café in Langley for many years. The family includes: three daughters, Sheila Green and Sharon Herron both of Sportsman Shores, Paula Neece of Tulsa, two sisters, ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren also survive. A daughter Marlene Wright and 8 brothers and sisters preceded her in death. The Memorial service will be held Monday, December 18, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Chapel in Langley. Online condolences can be made at www.honoringmemories.com.
