JAY - Elmeretta "Alma" Ivie, age 65, died December 21, 2007 at the Integris Grove General Hospital in Grove, Oklahoma. Alma was born July 13, 1942 to Elmer Henry and Margaret Jane (Riley) Ivie in Yuba City, California. Alma worked in the health care profession as a Home Health Aide for Hospice. Alma was very involved and dedicated to the Strang First Baptist Church in Strang, Oklahoma. Survivors include her two brothers, Cliff George Ivie, Rodney Ivie, one sister Kathy Stuart, special-nephew Mathew Stuart, and many more nieces and nephews. Alma was preceded in death by her parents. A visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, December 26, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Jay, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2007, at Duffield Cemetery in Jay, Oklahoma.
