Here, she became a member of Disciples Christian Church and was an active member of the 55-Plus Activities Club where she was an avid Bingo and Pinochle player. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by two husbands: Kenneth E. Thompson of Hanover, Ohio, and Ern E. Brown of Newark as well as by her six sisters, three brothers, and a son, Gary E. Thompson.
