Elsie Mae Huddleston, age 88, a resident of Bartlesville died Wednesday morning, December 26, 2007 at the Jane Phillips Medical Center. Mrs. Huddleston was born in Talala, Oklahoma, on February 10, 1919, to George Curtis Brown and Dora Pearl (Milburn) Brown. The family moved to Bartlesville where she received her education. Elsie was united in marriage on June 25, 1936 to Charles Allen Huddleston in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Charles and Elsie moved to rural Copan and farmed for many years before moving back to Bartlesville. Charles preceded her in 1992. Mrs. Huddleston is survived by her three Children, Gary Huddleston and his wife Arlene of Bartlesville, Janice Sentel and her husband Kenneth of Wichita, Kansas and Lester Huddleston of the Home, four grandchildren, Gary Lee Huddleston Jr. of Bartlesville, Lee Gage and his wife Denise of Mulvane, Kansas, Sherri Gage of Clearwater, Kansas and Russell Gage of Wichita, Kansas, two great grandchildren Jenna Frasier and her husband Brandon of Mulvane, Kansas and Garrett Gage of Mulvane, Kansas. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles Allen Huddleston, two brothers Bill Brown and Johnny Haws and one sister Dorothy Richardson. Graveside funeral services will be held on December 31, 2007 at 2:00 p.m., Monday in the White Rose Cemetery, with the Pastor Darryl Wootton of the First Assembly of God Church presiding Arrangements are under the direction of the Neekamp - Luginbuel Funeral Home.
