Esther Morgan

Esther "Pat" P. Morgan, 92, a longtime resident of Jay passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Monroe Manor. She was born on January 14, 1919 in Bismark, North Dakota to John and Christina (Stoltz) Dutt. Pat was a homemaker who loved living on the lake where her and her husband Carl would enjoy the lake life. She loved to go fishing, crocheting and cooking along with her ladies Bible class. Mrs. Morgan was the fourth of eight children. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Morgan who passed away in 1996 as well as her parents and three brothers and four sisters. Survivors include her nieces Janice Rider, Nancy Johnson, Oradelle Guthrie and Glenda Golden all of Tulsa, Carla Golden of Hemet, California, a nephew Mack Golden of Tulsa, two sister-in-laws Helen Morgan and Doris Tincher both of Tulsa along with several nieces and nephews. Viewing for Pat will be on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay, OK from 12 Noon until 5:00 PM. Funeral services will be on Monday, April 18, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the South Side Church of Christ in Jay with Mr. Steve Stenzel officiating. Interment will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma at 2:00 PM under the direction of the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Jay.
