Euphama Ross

Euphama E Ross, age 80 and longtime Vinita resident, died Monday August 3, 2009. Euphama was born in Baron, Oklahoma on April 17, 1929 the daughter of Albert and Margaret (Cagle) Wilkie. On May 22, 1948 she was united in marriage to Jack H. Ross. Together they raised four daughters. Euphama was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church as well as an Al-Anon member. She enjoyed traveling, skiing, sewing, and going out to eat. Euphama is survived by her husband Jack H. Ross of 61 years, her four daughters Paula Brashers of Tulsa, OK, Donna Sue Thurman and husband Dan of Sapulpa, OK, Cynthia Lee Ross of Dallas, TX, and Janet Lynn Turrel and husband Danny of Grove, OK, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Private family services will be held Thursday August 6, 2009 at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Ryan Goodrich officiating. Services are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
