Online condolences can be left at www.honoringmemories.com. Flora Betty (Ross) Osburn, 82, passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at the Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was born on September 6, 1929 in Aikins, Oklahoma to Nelson and Ella Mae (White) Ross. Flora attended Miller Ridge School and Central High in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. On August 7, 1947 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, she married Eddie Osburn. They were married for 62 years and had two daughters together and adopted another daughter. Flora was of the Baptist faith and liked to attend church when she could. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing and liked to visit with her friends at the country music shows. She will be missed by many. Flora is survived by her husband, Eddie M. Osburn of Nowata, Oklahoma; three daughters, Kathy Pruitt and Cathy Bryant and husband Michael all of Nowata, Oklahoma and Pearl M. Chetwinski of Florida; two grandchildren, Shelly Carley and husband Phillip and Ted Miller and wife Tonya both of Nowata, Oklahoma. Flora is preceded in death by her parents, Nelson and Ella Ross.
