Luginbuel Funeral Home - 918-256-5555.... Mary Frances (Fran) Armentrout went home to be with her Lord and Savior early Sunday morning, January 8, 2017. Fran was born to James Madison and Cloe (Jones) McKnight on February 12, 1933. She was a twin to brother, Frank, who preceded her in death. She married James W. Armentrout April 30, 1949. A daughter Mary "Ann" was born to this union. She lived her entire life in Ketchum and became a member of First Southern Baptist Church at the age of 14. She loved her Lord and his church and remained an active member for more than 69 years. Fran had the gift of hospitality and loved to welcome people into her home for coffee or a soda with cake, pie, cookies or whatever treat she baked that week. Her crochet work was excellent and many babies, family member, church friends, and strangers were recipients of her beautiful crochet work. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James and brothers William "Bill", Frank, and J. D. McKnight. Survivors include her sister and care-giver Marie of the home; her daughter, Ann and husband Hooley of Vinita, granddaughter Sheila and husband Scott of Morrison, OK, great grandchildren Scott Logan and September Nicole Flanagan also of Morrison, brothers: Robert and wife Mary Ann, Raymond, and Louis and wife Bobby McKnight of Ketchum, sisters: Betty Moody Clark of Ketchum and Carolyn Pool and husband Hugh of Rattan, OK, and sisters-in-law Marcella "Pill" McKnight of Langley and Doris Teague of Texas. Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the Luginbuel Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the First Southern Baptist Church of Ketchum. Interment will follow at Ketchum Cemetery.
