Frank H. James, 87, a Chelsea resident passed away on Sunday afternoon at Claremore Regional Hospital. He was born on September 9, 1919 to Charles H. and Celeste L. (Konnekar) James. He married his wife Patty McDougal on March 30, 1966. Mr. James worked as a Rancher all of his life. He worked for Drummonds in Pawhuska, the Halsey ranch and other ranches in Montana, Wyoming and Arizona. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Celeste James, a brother Charles James and a sister Virginia Shepherd. Survivors include his stepchildren Lynn Patton and her husband Lloyd of Chelsea, Larry Bill Wildermuth and his wife Glenna of Pryor, his grandchildren Tony James, Terry James, Timmy James all of Chelsea, Chisum Wildermuth of Phoenix, AZ, Laramie Wildermuth, Cassidy Wildermuth, and Remington Wildermuth all of Pryor. One Great granddaughter Cassandra Patton also survives. Other survivors include his two sisters Mary Sanders and Martha K James and one brother Robert L James Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Vinita. Interment will follow in the Carselowey Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita. Casketbearers will be Terry Melton, J.J.
